Theater Ticketing Policies

All orders are subject to a $5 handling fee on the total price. Each ticket price includes a $1 Florence Gould Hall facility fee. 
Everyone must have a ticket to gain admittance to the theater, no matter the age, for fire and safety reasons.
There is no food or drink in the theater.

Returns and Exchanges

Tickets for New York Theatre Ballet productions are not refundable. Season subscribers to Once Upon a Ballet may exchange tickets in person at the FIAF box office or by mail. Single tickets* are non-exchangeable.

If you need to exchange your tickets you may do so by mailing your tickets no less than one week in advance of the performance, with:

By Mail

  • All of the original tickets.
  • The subscriber’s name, phone number and email.
  • The date and time of the performance you’d prefer.

Your tickets will be waiting for you at the box office 30 minutes before the performance.

In Person

Bring your original tickets to Florence Gould Hall Box Office:

55 East 59th Street, between Park & Madison Avenues

Box Office Hours:
Tuesdays 1pm-7:30pm
Wednesdays through Fridays from 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturdays 11am-3pm
The Box Office is closed on Mondays.

Please note the box office can’t provide you with a new set of tickets without the originals. Seating availability can’t be guaranteed if an exchange is made less than one week before the performance of exchange. If you purchased your tickets in person at the Box Office, please be sure to bring with you the credit card you used to make the original purchase.

Tickets can’t be exchanged after the date and time of the tickets you are currently holding.
 

Group Tickets

There is a $5 handling fee on the total of all group orders. There are no refunds. All sales are final. Should you choose to add additional seats after your order is processed, it is not guaranteed the seats will be near the original group.

NYTB will not hold un-paid, reserved seats for groups longer than two weeks.

If You’ve Lost Your Tickets

If you’ve lost your tickets please contact the Florence Gould Box Office. Missing Ticket Vouchers will be made available to you for pick-up prior to each performance. They can only be claimed during the hour before the performance. If you’ve lost your tickets, we’ll not be able to exchange them for other dates and times.
 

If You’d Like to Donate Your Tickets

If you can’t make a performance, and aren’t able to exchange, you’re welcome to donate your tickets to a family who might not have the means to attend. You’re eligible for a tax deduction from NYTB. You may mail your tickets one week prior to the performance, along with proof of purchase to:
