There are NO REFUNDS but subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show. Please contact us at tickets@nytb.org for details. All orders are subject to a $5 handling fee on the total price. Each ticket price includes a $1 Florence Gould Hall facility fee. Everyone must have a ticket to gain admittance to the theater, no matter the age.
