
Giulia Faria
Giulia is from Queens, New York, where she began dancing at the age of 3 at a local ballet tap and jazz school. At 11 years-old she began training at the New York Theatre Ballet School under the direction of Diana Byer. She attended Laguardia High School of Performing Arts as a dance major. She joined New York Theatre Ballet as an apprentice in 2015, performing in ballets The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and The Alice-in-Wonderland Follies. In 2017, she spent the year dancing with New York Dance Project under Nicole Duffy and Davis Robertson where she danced leading roles in Gerald Arpino’s Birthday Variations and Africa Guzman’s Sinfonia Escarlata. She rejoined NYTB for the 2018 season.
